My younger brother applied to a big company and tomorrow will be his final interview. The hiring process consists of three examinations, two initial interviews and then the final interview before they hire him and ask him to complete his requirements. He really wants to be hired in that company and he is so excited to be the newest employee of that well-known company who gives lots of benefits with the employees and high salary.
My brother just graduated last year and if he will be hired, that would be his first job. I remember the time when I was applying for a job, I was surprised on my final interview because the interviewer already knows my backgrounds. When I ask the interviewer, he told me that they are conducting Research Public Records of the applicants who already passed on the initial interviews. They want to know if the applicant will lie on the final interview. I told my brother about it and I told him to remember to be honest and confident on his final interview.
